Shipping and Returns
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, I have had to make some short-term changes to my business:
- Unfortunately, I am currently only shipping to the UK.
- Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Please note, although I am currently despatching orders as normal, there may be delays with Royal Mail. Thank you for your patience during this time.
In order to keep my pricing as fair as possible, postage costs vary according to item and are calculated at checkout.
As a guide, below are my current postage prices:
Patches: FREE UK shipping
Fabric Pouches: £1.95
Mugs: £2.50 (Second Class, shipping upgrade available)
Please note that if you purchase more than one item, costs may differ.
I endeavour to send out all orders as quickly as possible, and within three working days. Any short-term changes to this policy will be displayed in my website banner. If you need an order urgently, please email me and I’ll do my best to help.
I really hope you love your Nurture and Cheer items, however if you do need to return your items for any reason, please see the below guidance.
Please let me know within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return your order. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and returned with any original packaging. Once the item is received and inspected, I will provide confirmation of your return. Please note, you will need to cover the cost of returning non-faulty items, however I will refund the original postage cost.
I am proud of the quality of the items I sell and ensure that all products are checked prior to despatch, however should you receive a faulty product please contact me and I can advise on the best way forward.
